Order this from simshop or someone else for the same price. MOZA has had some issues in the past with the webshop and stolen credit cards, that even if it's fixed, just get it from somewhere else. Sim shop or Sim Motion are great companies that are usually free shipping and no tax.
This is a solid stater wheel, but I hate the wheel and pedals. I started with this set and ended up replacing the pedals and wheel. In hindsight I wish I would have just bought separate pieces and built what I want, though at a higher price.

Personal experience, I haven't had any issues ordering directly through MOZA, but totally reasonable.
The wheel and pedals definitely don't compare with the higher end, but it's definitely a step up from the typical starter gear people usually buy. Good middle ground in my opinion.

Agree. I do think it's hits a great price for a direct drive wheel set and blows away any Logitech gear wheel like a G920 or whichever flavor. Downside is this setup is PC only, so if you need Xbox compatibility you will need the ES-X wheel or the R3 kit. If you need PS support, look at Logitech or Fanatec. PlayStation compatibility is in the base, while Xbox compatibility is in the wheel.
Also the lite pedals these come with basically require the $30 brake kit to make the brake acceptable. It should come by default, so plan that purchase. And if you are doing GT or formula, grab the $40 formula mod for the wheel. Honestly, I would have started with something like the R9, KS, and SRP setup with the load cell. I wish they offered the R5 base alone for like $199 as the base is fine. Or more honestly, I probably would have just started with Simagic stuff.

Totally agree about the brake kit. Helps a lot, but if you didn't know any better I'm not sure you would miss it. Depends on your exposure to sim racing.
Forgot to mention, I totally agree it's better to save up and get their higher end gear. I personally bought the R9 and have loved that. The R9 bundles are on sale for a very good price right now too.

I've been on the fence with upgrading my G920 to a direct-drive Moza setup, but unfortunately only the Moza R3 bundle (with the ESX wheel) is Xbox compatible. I was initially considering getting the R9 base separately with an ESX wheel, but then I found out that only the cheaper SR-P lite pedal works with the Xbox via the R3/R5 base, without any options to upgrade in the future.
So after all the considerations, I went with the new Logitech RS50 setup. Although the ecosystem is weak, initial reviews are all very good and you also get TRUEFORCE for the games that support it. And there's currently a good promotion with Logitech with the code NASCAR25 which you get much of the gears for 25% off and a free RS pedal ($160 value) if you get the RS50 base. For those who needs Xbox compatibility, this is a good option to consider.
