This is a good deal. I bought this set in 2020 and paid $39.99. I hardly ever see this phenomena. And, I am also an avid believer in physical media because digital licenses can evaporate without notice, consent or refund.

It includes both movies Sub-Zero and Mask Of The Phantasm.

The Mask Of The Phantasm Blu-ray has both the theatrical cut in 16:9 and the original Open Matte format in 4:3, misleading labeled "television version". It has more visual information and isn't included on the 4K version.

YMMV - I've bought this collection twice during Amazon Prime Day sales. Both times the Blu-ray cases were destroyed and the discs scratched due to poor packaging (paper and bubble bags).
