Basically tied. 680M has more compute units but 760M clocks higher and has the newer RDNA3 architecture. Now 760m being RDNA3 might give it some future AMD driver advantage but it's hard to say.
As for the CPU comparison between 7640HS vs 6800H, multi-core performance is about the tied, but 7640HS has better single core performance.
These iGPU's do have a few other CPU combinations but this was the matchup I researched when I ordered the Firebat F1 7640HS a few days ago.

How is the fan noise of these relative to something like a Geekom A5? I need a mini PC for my wife for basic office work so 7640HS is a vast overkill. But for just $20 more than the A5 you get more performance and USB4.
