Its worthless to me, I have too many batteries, need just the tool... lol
Its still a good deal with the battery. Price seems like the lowest its been in a while
This unit seems to be custom built for BF, it is much bigger in size than the usual unit. IT is also missing the foot pedal connector.
Even the normal Ryobi Flex shaft (similar to Dermel ones) is like $40 while the usual unit is like $60-80. The normal Dermel flex shaft does not fix the Ryobi unit as the Dermel shaft does not extend into the collar that screws into the Ryobi base unit. In the Ryobi base unit the shaft connecting part encloses the rotating drive bit, so when you screw in the Dermel shaft, the inner drive flex shaft does not engage with the rotating drive bit.
