A fantastic TV for the price. Yes, the OS is laggy. Yes, it's only 60Hz. But also…. It's $200!!! The picture quality is surprisingly good for the price.

tip: turn off "dynamic color boost" in the settings.

Not sure which Hisense set you're referring to, but the Insignia QF series is likely a rebranded Hisense or TCL anyhow (no confirmed info, but an educated guess.)
