Been scouring this site for the past 2 months. Hardly anything ever comes up anymore. You're better off finding something from a reseller on Ebay.

Clever of them to list the 12 core on the same page, at a higher price point, when it's only 4 core plus 8 secondary.

Half-worn out yard-sale quality at exceptionally high prices. Ebay will net you much larger gains for a fraction of the price.

For sure. They used to have 50% coupon codes for all the laptops on their site, but the deals have been hard pressed lately.

TL;DR I've ordered 4 systems from them over the last several years, Precision laptop, Latitude, precision 5820 tower and precision 3640. All were ok except the 3640. They sent four before I had one that worked that I could keep. They appear to have a different refurbishment contractor and they suck. All of the 3640 systems they sent were dusty inside and out. YMMV.

Details
System 1 > Power button was broken and the power light did not work. They also sent cheap non-Dell keyboard and mouse. BIOS had not been reset and was causing problems with boot up. The Window 10 pro image they loaded had problems. I recieved various boot errors until it finally gave me the option of performing a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. They gave me a $40 credit for the power button and said they woould send me a new power button when it came in stock. I had to contact them twice to get $40 credit and then they said they can't send new power button because they don't stock parts. They send me a replacement system
System 2 > Arrived damaged. Shipping box was smashed on the side and front bezel was broken. Returned for exchange.
System 3 > Arrived damaged. Front bezel broken again. Foam shipping crate used was the wrong size and the system got bounced around during shipping. Returned for exchange. Advised DFS the cause of the damage.
SYstem 3 > Hardware and software were OK and I will keep.
