Agreed, I got one right now that's not working that I have to reach out to customer service about. And even when it does work, if you need to return what you used the credit towards the credit doesn't get reinstated.

Thanks for stating this before I got my hopes up too much. Too often I have never gotten the credit from Amazon or have to chase it down and chat with a rep to get monies back. Not worth it.
