This time I did add a note to my OP stating that "Al's doesn't ship to California or New York, as well as potentially some other states. I'm lucky enough to live in a state that they ship to, sorry if you are not, they have some great deals

That's weird. I've bought a jacket there a few months ago and I live in LA. Perhaps they just changed their policy?
