thanks for the feedback this helps a lot Smilie .. if you don't mind me asking did you get the chance to try out the bluetooth and the 2.4 ghz (guessing that's a usb plug in?) connections? Or just one of them? How did they work out for you?

I bought this, specifically because I didn't want to use the dongle (And consume a USB port). So I use the direct connection (without the dongle). And it works normally. no issues at all.

FYI - Mac OSX users. This keyboard has modifier keys like Command (⌘), Option (⌥) (Alt), Control (⌃), Shift (⇧), and Function (fn/Globe) printed on it. I like using this keyboard when my MacBook is closed/docked.

Looks like a respectable competitor to the Logitech MX Keys I'm using to type this. I'll pick this up for a backup keyboard for $12.

These multi-connection keyboards are perfect for work-from-home setups where you are sharing a single display amongst multiple systems.

The 455 product page says compatible with MacOS but has poor reviews. Spend the extra few dollars for the 475 and peace of mind.

Ordered a 475 just because it's so cheap. Good to have a back-up keyboard on hand, or can use it at the office.

Best Buy and other sites list this at 50-70$ range. Presumably truly a business keyboard and not just over-inflated MSRP cheapo stuff?
