Tempted. I have a super nice $100 Cuisinart one and it makes me worried whenever I have to bring it over to someone's place for a party (e.g. someone breaking it or damaging it). With this, I wouldn't even blink if someone accidentally took it home.

I winder if I should get this to keep with my generator for emergency purposes. My generator has four outlets and produces 3000w. So this should run for emergency cooking?

These work well for me for cooking outside on deck with oily foods and dont want a flame. Deep frying smelling fish etc. doesn't do the best for cast iron and stir fry's though. The heat doesn't bounce back quick enough.
