I eat this (as cereal) pretty often. Tbh I don't think these would elevate your ice cream beyond just adding some crunch and protein. Probably more of a neutral addition. If you give it a shot, I'd love to know how it works out!

F the people that downthumbed your comment... the sugar in this and poor protein/calorie ratio makes these typical marketing gimmick product. Throw protein in and up the sugar to compensate and make folks think it's healthy.... This and all the other cereals labeled as "protein" yet similar makeup are trash... just go eat some eggs for breakfast.
