Has anyone ever purchased from them? Do you have to worry about credit card getting hacked?
Purchased multiple times, using both PayPal and a CC. Id recommend Paypal. Quality of stuff is all over the map: some better than expected, some like worst of 99 cent store. Unfortunately reviews of products mostly written by seller's mother.

I've purchased a lot from AliExpress, mostly high dollar solar equipment. Never had an issue. Everything has arrived functioning just fine, no issues with my cards, just like buying from anywhere else. If you're concerned, you can always have your banking app generate a "one time use" card to make the purchase.
I most definitely do not recommend PayPal. You will get screwed if there's an issue with the order. I was sent the wrong item once, AE did nothing to help so I went to Paypal. PayPal "sided" with me getting a refund but I had to use my own money to ship the wrong item to Germany (surely chosen by the seller just to be a jerk). Now I always use a credit card so I can do charge backs. Pay attention to store reviews or just buy Choice items. AE is far less painful these days than it was 5-10 years ago.

Same here. There was also an issue with a questionable (fraudulent?) vendor, and the product never arrived. AE canceled the order on their own and refunded the money to my CC.
I buy 3D printer filament all the time from AE and have even bought several Anycubic 3D printers from AE. I use my credit card because PayPal is a pain to get charge backs sometimes - credit card is much easier!
Some things are shipped from US and some from overseas. Overseas stuff takes up to 2 weeks or so to receive. Item page shows how long shipping typically takes for that item.
