My son and I built him a new PC this last fall and this was the card I found. Got it for $599. It has performed flawlessly over the last 7 months.

He games with it but primarily for his architecture classes. Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, plus a variety of 3d renderers.

He graduated May 9th! Woot!

Website says $999, and the only one close to me with stock is 30 miles away in rush hour traffic...

The performance of this card is close to a 4080. So not a bad price, for 2026 at least, for the performance.

Right, the price doesn't show online, in store only but we've seen multiple confirmations from people (mostly California and Texas) so I'm pretty sure this is every US store and not YMMV. If you would like to wait and pick it up next time you're in the area, you can order it for pickup for $1,000 and then cancel and buy it for $700 when you get there. Here's the Reddit thread for more info before deciding to make the drive or not:

Same question. I see one in a town out of state that I'm driving though on Tuesday, but it shows $999 for pickup.


I guess I could order it and refuse it if they don't give the price.

Legit! Been waiting over a month for a good deal on a 5070ti. I need two.

Got one at a local best buy, deal shows up! And then paid for one at a farther store that only had 1, and now it's on hold while I drive over there.

Most local stores only show 1 or none in stock. So cali.

Exactly, order it for full price now to reserve it, cancel it when you get there and then buy it for the lower price. The downsides are you would have a large charge on your card until it gets refunded back and no guarantee the price will still be $700 next week if the clearance markdown was a mistake (unlikely).

I do have to say someone updated the Reddit thread and gave the first report of the price not being $700, so I guess it's YMMV, but the reports are 50 to 1 that this price is everywhere.
