For the average homeowner? Perfectly adequate. I don't think it would stand up to daily abuse in a mechanic's shop or anything, though.

If you want heavier duty they have the Pro series that is 18 gauge steel vs 24 gauge of the Bold. It would be double the thickness and they are also 24" deep. The price goes up substantially and as testtubegubgub said, this is fine for general homeowner use.

I've had a set of Bold in my garage for about 5 years now. They're great but shouldn't be oversold. They're basically filing cabinet quality. Ideal for simple storage and organization but not particularly heavy duty in any way.
