Different topic, but does this read like an infomercial to anyone else?
We had this cat follow Christian home almost two months ago. We can't find it's owner. I also took him in to see if he's micro-chipped but he's not. He was hanging out on our porch for about a week or two. He's really sweet. I'd go outside and call out and he'd come running up from somewhere in the woods around us. There are some cats around this area that people let run around and sometimes come into our yard. Whenever they'd get near the house this cat would get scared and go stick just his head in the sandbox and sit there for like 10 minutes. I think he thinks he's hiding, lol.
Anyway I brought him inside finally since no one was claiming him. I got him checked and he doesn't have any diseases or worms or anything and the vet says he looks totally healthy and about 10 months to a year old. I got him his shots and I'm taking him in wednesday for his booster shot and to get fixed. I'm 90% sure we've adopted him, lol. He loves everybody he meets, comes when you call him, likes to sleep on my chest/shoulder and is really really well behaved. We still don't know what to name him though and we have to figure it out by Wednesday because he's being micro-chipped too. I have to admit I'm going to be really really sad if we find his owner after all of this, lol.

I could name him Sandbox. Though he could be Sandy for short but that's my mom's name or Boxxy for short but that was some annoying youtube girl that was around years ago. Oh! BOXFACE!
Thunder and Lightning were barn cats someone was gonna take to the pound and we took them. Then Cat had been an outdoor cat for ages then we adopted him. He's super chill though. Thunder and Lightning did what you said....we used to have a chair up against the wall (on the other side of the bedroom wall) and around 2-3 a.m. we kept hearing these huge bangs and crashes. Found out they were screeching around the apartment and running up the back of the chair and jumping off of it so the chair would fall back into the wall each time, lol. Heck they still have battles in the middle of the night and they're both 17, lol.
This cat is awesome. He hasn't scratched or howled or anything once wanting to get outside. He's really laid back. He just hangs out upstairs, lol.
