The sale starts on Wednesday, 16th. But most stores will have them on the sale floor on Tuesday evenings.

Milford, MA -
Sold out BUT manager said he can get more. He also stated they were on the floor and on sale starting Sunday.

Super nice manager helped me load one in my car. '96 Infiniti I30 (same as Nissan Maxima of same year). Does not fit in trunk, does not fit in back, can squeeze it in the passenger side front seat if seat is all the way back and all the way reclined.

Surprised you could get it into the passenger side front seat. I had to put it in the passenger side rear seat of my Dodge Stratus. Just barely got the monstrosity in the car. Getting it out was a challenge as well. Current price is $50 better than the $400 I paid at Aldi 4 years ago.

Late input but of some value because these seasonal items re-appear at Aldi.

This thing ran like a champ for us during our Irene outage. Only a day (compared to multi-day outages for many), but it ran for 20 hours straight only getting shut down to refill.
It's not quiet, but it's quieter than I expected. I have a little Coleman Powermate 2275 that was louder/more annoying.

WELL worth the $300 investment just because of this one storm. I still have second thoughts about buying a cheap Chinese generator for such an important emergency item, though.
