Resolved: Stop using jdoqocy.com and other redirects please?

There are a lot of folks posting external site urls that have http://www.jdoqocy.com embedded/hidden in the link. Where do we stand on this type of thing?
If you go to jdoqocy.com you are redirected http://www.cj.com (Commission Junction) which is a $/click marketing company. This is typically found in any Newegg deal, or similar redirects are posted in Front-page links (clicking comments and then the link from the discussion/OP is different) Some other sites are: anrdoezrs.net, redirectingat.com, etc.
I don't like the idea of clicking on links that take me to anywhere but directly to the site described and I know there are at least a couple of other members that feel the same way.
As I am savvy enough to edit my hosts file in Windows, the jdoqocy.com domain is blocked, and I always need to copy the URL, edit, paste, and then go. Can we make people's lives easier/less invasive?
Thanks!

Thanks, thoughts anyone else? Or any moderators open to discussion?

The best I can do then is apologize to the admin of the site to say I'm not helping them make any $/click or banner ad revenue as all those sites are blocked for me.
As for OP's issues, I'm that a significant majority of users don't mind this, since its needed to keep SD going. A potential solution would if web admins could provide a list of known redirect sites (through PM only to registered users who ask for it) so we can whitelist them, that might make it easier to use SD. (would have made it easier when I was trying to stop various services from blocking the sites and much easier than copying and pasting urls)

So when your site parses various URLs and injects a new link, I get blocked.
