We lost and were our classed. I'm not site how much harder I can legitimately push the girls. I can maybe do some visualization techniques, but that can only go so far.

We are getting ready for vaca...just can't decide if Dunn RF is what we want to do...keep reading that it quite a tourist trap of sorts so just not sure. In Gr Cay, we're doing the stingray/Rum Point Beach excursion. Rum Point was in the latest Islands magazine &it looks gorgeous!

Does the crabby cream say anything about using in conjunction w/estrogen or HRT? I was just curious.

He sent her a text when he got here...and of course, her phone is her alarm clock and it woke her up. I could tell that she was actually sleeping when the dogs started barking. He or his friends didn't try to contact her today and she seems okay with it all. I am marking it down as yet another teachable moment...I've been getting a lot of these!

The salmon wasn't as bad as I thought...but it still stinks in my house. It did bring back a lot of memories as my mom used to make salmon patties...from the can...with bones...and when we were poor salmon patties were a treat!

I should have never told Oprah no...I live life with no regrets...but this one is a close one!
