Alternative to ZAGG invisible shield?

direfan 174 14 July 25, 2011 at 10:30 AM
Hi,

I remember seeing a site that seemed like to cheap alternative to Zagg. I am looking for a screen protector for my Garmin Nuvi 1490. Any advice will be really appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for your helpful reply. That is definitely an option. However, I was thinking of another site.

While I don't think that is the site, I think it will work. Thanks a lot.

The site that I seem to recollect had a video that showed how to install the protector.

Do you know if this invisible shield is the one were it is thicker and easier to put on then the norm? My bro bought one for like ten bucks but its much thick and has a different feel to it. Also no bubbles because it automatically settles in.

Sorry, I've never used Invisible shield, only the ones sold by BSE and they are fairly easy to attach.

The Zagg invisible shield ones are pretty easy to install. They do have a slightly softer feel to them, when you apply it. I've had mine on my phone for many months and you can hardly tell that it's there. I've experienced no bubbles either. You will notice a couple during the first day or so, but they smooth out within 24 hours (automatically as you stated). I don't know much about the others, but the Zagg is my first choice.
