Sharing something I learned recently that you may find interesting...

When you get the email with a CVS survey and complete it, the manager can trace your comments back to the exact transaction to see what you purchased, what coupons you used, etc. If the tapes are not reused, they can even watch you and the cashier on their video tape.

This really doesn't impact me, since I tell the managers exactly what I think and if they work with me, I'm far more likely to give them a better score. It's funny though, because on a recent survey one of my local stores was raked over the coals for selling something that was no good. The customer even went off on the survey about the argument they had with the cashier. The manager was telling me he pulled the transaction records and the tapes and it didn't happen, so the comments likely came from another store the customer had shopped at.

If you really like your store and want to give them extra points answer yes to if they asked if you need help finding anything, then answer yes that you DID need help. I used to answer no to needing the help but my manager said he gets extra points for you actually needing the help. It's kind of dumb to get extra points for needing the help when some really just don't.

AFAIK the print out give a time and day so they know which cashier was on duty etc but not a transaction # or anything truly identifying. They would have to manually go back through the register tapes and match it to time/day. At least that was my understanding.

Yes, those questions are important, and yes, I think they do have to manually review register tapes, but I know it is being done and thought that might be of interest.

I used CVS.com for the first time tonight.. Do you receive ECB's for purchases made online? I purchased four Fixodent denture care products and 6 Colgate toothpastes and I receive a conformation e-mail with my purchases listed and there was no mention of ECB's earned. I used ECB's for my purchase so I do not know if that had anything to do with it or if the ECB's for the Fixodent and Colgate will post at a later date. Thanks'

It did not used to but with recent changes, it looks like you are our guinea pig. Let us know. I would guess a 2-5 day time frame like BC ECB if it wasnt instant.

Not sure whether this is the right thread, but anyone happen to know whether there is a site to track Rogaine (or Johnson & Johnson product in general) rebate? I have submitted at the same time two rebates, one for me, and one for my parents, got mine almost 2 weeks ago, but still waiting for the other one... would like to check the status if possible. Thanks

I got an email of $3 extrabucks for my birthday, but it doesn't say what card the coupon is for. Can I use it with any card with no angry beeping?

I think it is card specific. You'll need to figure out which card goes with that email.

You have more than 1 card attached to the same email? There should be a little box with down facing arrow if using gmail trick with dots. Will show you the email it was sent to.

I hope it's ok to ask this here, I've tried searching, honest. Is there a limit to Beauty Bucks? I quit getting them some time ago on both my cards and while 1 receipt says Beauty Club Enrollment Offer Limit Reached at 1, the other has nothing like that. Do I need to try to sign up again somehow or is this program ended? Thanks!!

Not 100 % sure, but I had to reregister some of my cards.

Never heard of limit on beauty club enrollment. In fact, it's a good way to get 10% cvs q off a beauty purchase. Of course, you only have 65 days til it zeroes out at end of year....and you might have to re-enroll like schnauzermama said

I believe the "Beauty Club Enrollment Offer Limit Reached" refers to the 10% off coupon you get at the bottom of your receipt when you enroll in the beauty club. If I remember correctly there is a paper coupon that you hand to the cashier that has a barcode. This coupon enrolls you in the club and causes the 10% off coupon to print. And from that point on you get the "Beauty Club ...Limit Reached" at the bottom of your receipt. My guess is that this prevents someone from continuously using those enrollment coupons just to force a 10% off coupon.
