We kind of already had a thread that discusses most of the questions here in this thread.

Careful or the next thread will be called "The *official* Android development thread is being sponsored by members of the Boston Red Sox who are better known for their prowess at drinking beer and eating Popeye's chicken during games than actually closing out the season"

In the other thread I was told to do this:

Quote :
extract acmeinstaller and go into your acmeinstaler folder via terminal

then run this command from terminal

/opt/nova/bin/novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller

it is done
but ummm I put the Acme files in the nova folder...laugh out loud

should I put them back in the Acme folder?...this could get comical..Doh

I just rebooted into USB on the touchpad and kinda stuck now. I need to go into terminal to run the Acmeinstaller, but don't think it's in the right place..Scratchhead

If novacom is installed correctly you should be able to run the command from anywhere. The acmeinstaller can be in any folder you want as long as you navigate to that folder from the terminal and then initiate the command.

Looks great so far, super fast too. I'm going to play around with apps now and check out some other features that I normally use on my Droid.Whee

I do like that it's dual boot too, I'll be honest I like webOS just fine...but had to have my Android apps.nod

EDIT: or not, looks like I'm having the "won't wake from sleep issue" Scratchhead

awww, come on! you had me excited for a tic. Then I saw your "won't wake from sleep" comment. I've seen quite a few others comment on that as well.

"wakey! wakey! hands off snakey"
