I know there are quite a few threads out there with ways to get free Prime but I really didn't see anything that discussed this method in particular.

****PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST****

Obviously please merge if this is a repeat but I feel this will help a lot of people.

Many of you already know that you can get a free 1 month trial of Amazon Prime by creating a new account and placing an order. When choosing shipping options, you will be invited to try 2 day shipping via Prime free for 30 days.

To take advantage of this, click 2 day shipping and enroll for the free trial.
**Please note- Make sure you go into acct setting and make sure AUTO RENEWAL IS OFF!!**

***Here is the fun part!!!
. After your 30 day trial expires, just create a new Amazon acct and you will be invited to take a 1 month free trial again with your first purchase. (ie, sign up today and when your free trial expires on Dec 14th, just create a new account) I have done this for the past year+ with no issues at all. I use the same name, same billing, same shipping, and same credit cards when I create my new account without any issues whatsoever. The only thing you really need to do is create a new email address via Yahoo, Gmail etc etc... that you can tie to your new acct to.

For those of you that don't currently have Prime and want to use it for the holidays (or beyond) for free, ENJOY!!!

Or just sign up for the year... it's a good service and I'm happy to pay for it.

You can split the cost with other people, too, to save the cost. The items do not have to be shipped to the main person's house.

Also, they usually have 50% off Amazon Prime on Black Fridays I think.

Why not sign up for an Amazon mom account and get 3 free months and then pull your scam crap.

My one year of AmazonMom expires in December and we decided we were going to pay for a Prime membership. Thanks for the info about the possible discount on Black Friday.

I think I'll just wait for BF then and hope. Been wanting a Prime membership and I want to do it in a way that supports Amazon... good company.

Mine expires in December too. I'm either going to pay to get the streaming movies or have my wife sign up for Amazon Mom. We buy enough baby stuff to stay locked in for another year.

I wish Amazon had a reduced price prime for unlimited standard shipping. I don't need most of my stuff in 2 days.

Easy way to get banned from Amazon. Good luck with that.

Don't blame Amazon, don't blame the SDers. If you don't have a Prime membership and you are not rich, blame yourself!

I got mine 50% off on Black Friday as one of the deal they have rotating through out the day. Same as you, I don't mind paying for good service.
