If you have the money, get this instead. Dynex is better than TCL. Both of them are very good prices though.

I don't think that dynex is necessarily better than tcl, both have used Samsung panels in the past afaik. But both are definitely good prices.

if im going to spend $600 for a tv, im sure as hell not going to spend it on Dynex. Might as well fork over the extra $50-$100 for a name brand at this price level and consider it your "warranty"

im all for value and price, but if you're already up at this high price (btw there's been better deals for LED 1080p, 120hz in the past and likely currently) you might as well pay just that 5%-10% more for something that will last.

and this is coming from someone who owns a Syntax Olevia brand and many other "not top of the line" brands,

Do not think brand name necessary equals reliability or quality. I had a top Samsung model die (mother board) after 13 months. It would have cost more than a new TV to fix it. I highly recommend extended warranties because there is so much that can go wrong with the complex TVs of today. I have a 20 yr old TV that has never needed any repair.
