They will not under any circumstances be stackable, and more likely than not will require a minimum purchase of $50, $75, or $100. That said, saving $20 on something you need at NewEgg is a decent deal.

the coupon is $20 for $40 worth of product... just like any Groupon type coupon, you only need to purchase the $40 minimum, OTHERWISE the coupon would say "$20 off purchase of x"
