Take 10% off by purchasing an HDMI cable of any TV GET COUPON HERE [target.com]

Cheapest HDMI cable that I saw was 6ft MONSTER for $15 (at B&M)

$599 - 10% = $539 (plus cost of HDMI) = $554

If u use your RED CARD or CHECK CARD (gives 5% off any purchases every day)

$554 - 5% ($27.7) = $526 + Tax where applicable (WA 10% so ~$578 out the door for 55" TV + HDMI cable)

- SabertoothTiger

$580 @ Best Buy <---different TV- that one only has 3hdmi and is model VR-5585DFZ and lower 1500:1 contrast ratio, where the target one is 4000:1

The price seems good, but the reviews are all 5 or 1 star. Serious love/hate.

Seems to be a general QC issue.

Better buy the extended warranty and this would be a great buy for work where you need a TV on all the time.

I'd buy this, but how would I get it back to Target if I got one of the lemons.

Extended Warranty is a must with Westinghouse. Myself and a friend each bought one of their TVs at a BestBuy during BF a couple years ago. Both went bad right after the Manufacturer's year warranty, weeks apart. Traded them in to BB for Samsung and Sony TVs.

Now, if we could just get a decent 47" LCD for under $500 I'd be happier.

I've got a 42" television from Westinghouse which is about 4 years old. Performs flawlessly. I would highly recommend this deal to those in need of a television. I consider Westinghouse to be a sleeper brand.

Does anyone know if this television has an audio out ports? Composite or optical? I have seen conflicting information.
Best buy has a simliar television but it seems to have a different model number. Anyone know the difference?
