Android anyone???

Hi All,

I would like to get viewpoints from those who use Android OS. I have been an Apple person but i'm interested in Android. I would like to know if Android will offer me a different or improved user experience or would you say the differences are subtle and just a matter of taste? Basically, I have an iPad and would like to know if it would be worth my while to get an Android tab.

Thoughts?? And please no flaming, or trolling.....

the Zune Pass is a great, cheap feature that absolutely no one knows about... Hell, you could get a top of the line WP7 phone for 2 years of Zune Pass and still barely pass the price of an iPhone alone, haha

Yea, the Kin was just a silly texter phone...the were late to the game on that whole product line and even the ones that were on the market didn't last long. Complete waste of money by MS though, haha

So what makes you think Microsoft is going to have a winner with Mango or Guava when Ice Cream Sandwich tastes better? LMAO

Mango is healthier, better for a more sustaining life style!!

The next one is Apollo though (with an economy phone OS for China and such called Tango). I like fruit better than just O's, haha

The primary color has always been black.

I had a "not so tech-savvy" friend tell me "You know..Apple probably came out with the black iPhone because they didn't want to be racist to naggers (sic)".

Then I told him "umm..the iPhone came out in black first. They added the white option later on."

He went "Oh.." and the conversation went silent for about a minute. LMAO

Well..since I am not a fangirl of either I was referencing what I see on TV and around., Seems that they use the white phones on TV and movies to show it off. I like the more subdued black. Stick Out Tongue



I do have to say that I am getting amused by the attempts to get me in a corner here.

iPods (originals) yes..but NONE of their iDevices.

iPad started black.
iPod Touch started black.
iPhone started black.

...that makes sense i guess where people get that idea from I suppose.

Apple devices started out white. The Apple II, Macintosh, iMacs (with the exception of all those crazy colors), the original iPods, etc...

The black cases started with their entry in the cell phone market...but they eventually went back to their roots.
