My parents just upgraded their 500 minute classic family plan with 5 phones, and renewed the contract about 2 weeks ago. They should be able to call in, and switch to $5 per extra line today as long as they renew the contract, correct?
Anyone knows how much the final bill would cost per month after all the fees and taxes, I'm guessing around $170? This is not a sarcastic question, just remember my old bills, $33 month, unlim text, came out to about $50 after fees, taxes etc.
For 5 lines : (2 unlimited talk/text/data with 5GB at 4G) + (3 line unlimited text, 2GB at 4G, 500 minutes each)
I am paying ~$147 total with taxes on 5 unlocked aftermarket smart phones. Everyone is pretty happy in my house with the deal. Just wish i could add a 6th line to the plan for my wife's mom. I got it about a year ago through retention. Also my rate includes a 12% corp. discount.
yeah...ALL my local costco in Sillicon Valley, CA do offer the $0 add a line for value plan or $5 for classic plan I suspect most local costco offer value plan, just give them a call, and SPECIFICALLY ask for value plan. They just don't promote it as much.

Does Costco offer the value plans?

The Costco Wireless site only shows classic plans.

Wow, this deal is incredible. This is tempting enough that I may get a cheap phone and try their $30 plan to see if coverage is ok. I'm paying $140/month for my smartphone and two dumbphones on Verizon, and I need to move another smart phone into my plan. This would save me a ton of money.
