Well, I tested out redeeming one that I had redeemed last week again. It was for the Bars and it deducted the points and I was able to print it even though I had printed last week.

Then however I did the same for the pop-tarts one. I had redeemed 5 days ago, I redeemed today, it deducted the points, but the link didn't work. It gave that already viewed error. I don't know the difference between the two offers. I called and they credited my account for the poptarts. Hmm...

just click on the "tweet" button after you've finished with your spins . it will show up in your email so then you copy/paste the code and enter it on the kellogg site. hth

I've been wondering about how often you can redeem from the same computer-so, you're saying it has to be 7 days??(I'm not always so quick on the uptake...) Hubby loves Rice Krispie bars for a snack so I need more coupons. EEK! Thanks for the help hug

I'm not for sure, lachie. And I asked if customer service knew at Family Rewards and they said it should print even though I printed before? Going to try again and report back.

Edited: Lachie, I just tried it again and failed again. So the Bars printed two weeks in a row when I had 7 days between when I redeemed. The Poptarts did not work the second time when I redeemed and it was only 5 days. I don't know if that's for sure about the 7 days - just what happened here. I'll report back if customer service says anything different this time. Grrrr.

I am really sick of them. Ordered more Qs yesterday, and all I saw when clicking on the link was a bunch of numbers (45.0.0 - something like that). Then it told me I already printed my coupons. This was from the computer I used before for printing the other ones.

I tried to print the bars coupon on the same computer I printed it from on 11/22. Sold me the coupon and then said I had printed my coupons the allowed number of times. This is turning into the same thing as the Biore Facebook printing thing.

I just got off the phone with their customer service. Grrr. This person said you are only allowed to redeem and print one particular coupon once a quarter. Mad I asked why it would show as available to me to redeem and she said they are having a big meeting on it tomorrow and she's going to ask that question as well. I also asked why I was able to print those bars two different times, and she said it was a fluke.

Sorry for the bad news, friends. I posted a complaint about not stating the rules anywhere regarding multiple redemptions on their Facebook page.

By contacting customer service, now they will fix the problem and we will only be able to print 1 coupon per quarter vs now 10 coupons per redemption.

So wait, you're saying I shouldn't have contacted them that I lost points redeeming them for an offer that looked like I could redeem it again? shake head Hopefully they will fix the problem where they don't TELL us on the website how many times we can redeem them. One has nothing to do with the other. If the special little fluke print thing goes away, then it does. But I do want to be able to get at least two prints for each time I spend 100 points.
