Extra parts would include a cord for the range - the one on your existing unit should be fine if inspected. A dishwasher installation kit which is rarely needed in the areas that I work because the old unit isn't usually thirty years or older. A waterline kit for an icemaker is usually crap and not needed unless you have polyethylene tubing now. I carry all parts but I only sell them to the customer if I honestly feel it is in their best interest.
Thanks for the advice!

I just bought this Gas Range (Yes to be delivered):

It has great reviews and has all what I need!!!

I am not sure about the Fridgeair quality but reviews for the range I selected are good! Fingers crossed Smilie

This would be good if you weren't buying them for your own house.

I own frigidaire and trust me, you don't want to own it too. Unless you like to get to know your Sears repairman personally, like I do now.

I have this exact set that I bought almost two years ago with zero problems on any of the appliances. I paid $1650 for all 4 from a local company.

I looks like the 10% coupon code is down. This was supposed to be good through tomorrow. All 4 appliances come to $1892 without it.

This blows the Sears/Kenmore deals away. Believe me, I had a whole set of Kenmore ordered until I started looking into this Frigidaire set at Home Depot, then ended up cancelling it.

The Kenmore deal sucks if you are looking for a whole set because you have to order each piece individually. That being said, you pay $69.99 for each item for delivery. Mind you most people can pick up the microwave, and maybe even the dishwasher locally, however that still leaves $140 for the fridge & stove...not to mention Sears charges an extra $10 per appliance to haul away your old stuff. Home Depot is free, and delivery is free as well...not to mention everything on the same order. I found the actual prices to be cheaper as well. If you could find a comparable set of appliances for cheaper I'd be impressed to see it.
Well, they did have a code for free delivery on items $499 and above. As far as pick up you can just write a small ad on craigslist and someone will pick everything up for recycle. I did say that this deal is more convenient.

As far as the prices being cheaper, I agree. If these look comparable in quality to the Kenmore then it's obviously a better deal. I own a Frigidaire fridge and range. Within 3 yr The freezer stopped working. I figured out that the fan in the freezer wasn't working and able to replace it myself with a $40 part. The light in the refrigerator keeps blowing out so I just leave it as is. If I put a case of bottle water in the freezer then all my icecream would melt. But I guess the same thing could happen to a Kenmore fridge. The range is going to be 3 yr old soon, hopefully it will not cause problems. These are excellent prices, but not low enough for me to buy the lower line Fridgidaire.

The 4.8 cu ft oven is $50 cheaper. I've actually been looking at this model for a while now. I know frigidaire isn't the best brand, but I just need it to look nice for a few years until I sell the place.

Is 4.8 cu. ft a very small oven, should I go for 5.3? I'm not at home, so i'm not sure what size I currently have. Thanks!

I think the 5.3 cu ft is worth the extra $50. You get more baking space and is more standard to have than the 4.8. I believe the kitchen footprint is the same so you're not really saving space by getting the 4.8.

I agree with you on this may not be the best brand. I bought these for my townhouse. I do not plan on living here forever, but did get the extended warranty's. I have paid top dollar for the best brands in the past, and had the same trouble, if not worse than every negative comment in this thread. I don't care what brand label is on an appliance...they are all made by the same manufacturers, therefore have all the same problems. These appliances will not be with me forever, however will be a good selling point for when its time to list the townhouse on the market.

We got this range [homedepot.com] and it has been a champ. We usually use our Breville toaster oven though (only two of us) so mainly just use the burners. We also got this overhead microwave [homedepot.com], use it all the time and it works great. Paid less with coupons, CB, etc.

Though I'm shopping (still) for a fridge and it won't be a Frigidaire. Looking at a Whirlpool.
