I apologize if this his has already been posted (searched and didnt see it). Smoking hot off the press, Sprint is basically matching Sams Clubs price for the S3!!!! nod

My dad called 7 plus times because of a billing issue and then he seen the deal for .99 and it just worked in his favor. And as far as the CS rep was talking, they DIDNT want to loose his business..

Only keep calling 7+ times if you don't value your account. Sprint has terminated service of people who call them too many times with issues.

This is active now, you have to call 1888-273-9460 .This is the retentions dept. and takes about 20 mins from start to finish. They are going to tell you they cant do it and they will only give us the 49.99 price. Just keep calling if they dont give you the price. My dad called and they said I see that you have called 7 times and your account is at risk (as in my dad was not being treated right, and he could potentially cancel the service ) what can we do. And he just said that he wanted the Sams club price match of .96, but Sprint does .99. She put him on hold a bit, but then it went thru. Good luck.

888-882-4030 for Everything Plus Plans. I called this number 2 times. The second time I asked to speak to their supervisor, the supervisor knew exactly what I was talking about and transfered me to Account Services. I made sure that the supervisor stayed on the line with me during the transfer. The Account Services rep was confused at first, but after she spoke to her supervisor everything was a go.

Thanks wildgator or should I say thanks to BurninAuthor at FW.

I'm on $30 SERO and tried *2 but couldn't get them to give it to me for 99 cents. I get some corporate help line since I'm on SERO.

However I called the retentions number mindaugasl posted, 1-888-273-9460, and the guy who helped me match Sam's Club price to 99 cents. There was no titanium color, Sprint only has the blue and white models.

The total price I'm paying for the phone is $47.73 because of taxes (I'm in CA). I'll also need to pay the $36 activation fee, I asked but he couldn't waive it. Frown

We didn't discuss my plan at all so I'm guessing it's not changed. I'll need to update to SERO Premium to activate the phone.

Great plan to ask for the retention dept! I was getting nowhere with cust service, asked for retention dept, and am now the proud owner of two S3's, plus a credit for the activation fees.

Had a friend call. She talked to Retention and they wouldn't match it. They told her that Best Buy would match it on Black Friday and she should try there. HA!

I was on Sprint like an hour ago, and they won't even sell it to me for $49.99. Told me to wait to buy it online, but if I buy it online, the stupid system always ask me to change my SERO plan.

Oh wow, that's ugly. Definitely try them again Friday, because the guy in Retentions said the email had just come around to the workers about the 99 cent. Maybe some of them are slow to reading their emails.

I got approved for the 99 cent price match but they couldn't approve it because I had an employee account. Anyone on SERO have any luck?
