T-Mobile has the no annual contract 4G Mobile Hotspot for $35, including a free $25 refill card and free shipping. This is normally $115 at Walmart without a $25 refill card. The $25 refill card will get you 1.5 gigs for a month. Happy Thanksgiving!!!

YOU CAN NOT use this with the walmart 60 day card. ONLY Hoptspots pruchaced at walmart can use the special "60 day" walmart card. This unit will only give you 30 days on the $35 card.

Want to unlock this device? Yes you can but notice that

ZT61 supports this bands
GSM/GPRS: 1900 MHz;UMTS: Band IV (1700/2100)
http://www.zteusa.com/device/2011..._1370.html

As of 24-Dec-2011 the AWS Band or Band IV is used only by the following carrier:
- USA: T-Mobile, Cincinnati Bell Wireless
- Canada: WIND Mobile, Mobilicity, Videotron
- Chile: VTR, Nextel

So as long as you plan to unlock it to use with the above carriers then it will work

Can you put a normal SIM card (we can use the $30 plan for 5GB) in the hotspot and will it work properly? My guess is that it won't work out of the box... so can we hack/flash it to accept normal SIM cards and not voice-only SIM?

I'm wondering the same thing. Would be so awesome.

To bad this doesn't support HSPA+ 42 =/ I think only their Sonic model does. Although someone PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. I want one otherwise.

Can you flip this or not? Or can only the person who bought it recharge?

I'm a T-Mobile employee and this hotspot is capable of up to 24 Mbps and retails for $125. So this is an amazing deal! Wish I knew someone who needed one.

Thanks. I've got one of the Rocket Broadband sticks that came with a $15 card.I never tried to load that card on my phone.
I just used that one, just gave me 50 minutes, although money hag gone up by $15. I am guessing data cards only come with 50 minutes.

Can someone please confirm?
