My store's point of sale terminals are slow as molasses. It literally it takes 2 minutes to get a receipt. I tried to do the itunes GC deal and visa too, but they said their systems down. I was not so happy about getting there so early.

I guess these don't qualify for Maxperks.. my maxperks account shows transaction amount as $90.95 and qualified amount as $0.00. ah well, still a damn good deal.

I think I kept inputting "0" and I got a CSR but I dealt with this issue this weekend and the only thing that helped me was going to the store I got them at and REALLY REALLY REALLY putting up a fit and they finally called their internal help desk who gave the cashier a ticket number.

He told me it was activated (NOT TRUE) and gave me the tix number and told me to call visa if it wasn't working with my tix number.

For whatever reason he thought it was a number that was issued by visa but it was actually OM tix number.

I left with three inactive cards pretty upset but later in the day they were fixed, so I am assuming that OM fixed them.

They needed numbers on the RECEIPT so have your receipt with you.

Sometimes, polite emails work better than nasty emails.

I hate to dig up an old thread, but has anyone tried to use one of the OM $100 Visa GCs from Metabank as a debit card? If so, did you use the last 4 as the PIN or did you have to call in for it to work?

You either can set the PIN by creating an account online or calling the number on the back and going through options. I use them all the time.

Ended up trying the last 4 digits of the card number like the $200 cards and it worked to reload Bluebird at Walmart.
