This probably isn't as good as the 2 cent or 10 cent offers from 5 years ago, but OC Register has a $5 for 1-year of Sunday delivery. Can't be a customer within the past 30 days.

It's more of a P&G option (if that continues in OC Register), and it doesn't have as much as the LA Times. But the price is right.

The letter in the mail directs to:

ocregister.com/go/five

https://ocrsubscribe.com/subscrip...el?pid=356

You have to type in your zip code to see if its available. Oh, and it will probably renew at some crazy high rate if you don't change it/call/cancel before the annual renewal.

Great deals @ Ralphs on liquor.

Bacardi 1.75 ltr. bottles (big bottles) are $15.99 on sale. $10.99 each wyb 2 (you instantly get $5 off each bottle). Load the Ralphs digital coupon for $10/2 to your Ralphs Rewards card and get another $10 off = 2/$11.98 ($5.99 bottle). That's an incredible price and it's all digital savings.

Pinnacle Vodka 750 ml is on sale for $7.99 but $4.99 each wyb 3. There are hangtags (I even found them today at a Ralphs) that have two coupons in them, $8/2 & 3/1. Use both = 3/$3.97 (just over $1.32 per bottle!). There are other items in this deal such as Jim Beam Bourbon for $10.99 ($7.99 wyb 3). There are $3/1 hangtags out currently for Jim Beam = $4.99.

I actually bought 2 Pinnacle and 1 Jim Beam to = 3 bottles. You can do either 3 bottles or 6 bottles per checkout. There are other brands/types of liquor in this deal, too, but those are the two lowest priced ones.

You guys probably already know this, but just putting it out there as coupons are back in stock as a reward:

Recyclebank.com has $5 off $50 Vons/Pavilions coupons for 50 points.
They expire 30 days after PRINTING, so you can keep them in your recyclebank wallet until you need them. Limit is 4 redemptions per month.

If you don't know Recyclebank, it is a website that encourages green living. You answer quizzes and watch slideshows for points. Most slideshows are 25 points and take about 90 seconds, so watch 2 and you have enough points for the coupon. They also have great 2 year deals for free magazines. Plus you may learn something!

Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!

Also, I got a postcard in the mail saying that the LA Times is switching to 13 week billing. It begins after your current sub expires. I have no idea why they are doing that but just a heads up out there...

Maybe semi-off topic. I noticed my Sunday LA Times & OC Register don't come with Walgreens & RiteAid circular anymore and I am in central OC area. Are they cutting back in printed ad?
