I order this Groupon every time, and every time my order is super screwed up and I have to call multiple times to fix it. I love their stuff, but they have horrible customer service and horrible inventory and shipping practices. One time my package was sent back to them by UPS because it got damaged in transit (so said the tracking info), and I had to call multiple times to get them to re-order the items for me (they thought I had shipped it back myself, or didn't know about it), and wanted to charge me again for the items. It took 4 weeks to get it straightened out. Another time I ordered two pairs of winter leggings, and got a men's button down shirt instead of one of the pairs. I had to mail it back, couldn't take it to the store, and waited another 3 weeks for them to send me a replacement. In the mean time, that size/color sold out so I had to call AGAIN to pick out another one. I have had three other times (not all Groupon orders) where I order something and get something completely different in the package. I've gotten to the point where I'll just keep whatever I get (including some XL men's sweatpants even though I ordered a dog vest).
Great items, HORRIBLE inventory/shipping/customer service. It's a trade off to get 1/2 off items.
