Why are so many of you guys interested in a product so high in stimulants? For most of you guys, it doesn't even do you any good. Please help yourself by not taking this sh*tty supplement.
Wrong. I weighed 150 when I was on this stuff and it did wonders for me at the gym, getting me up to around 170. Not sure why you'd say it doesn't do most any good. It's a stimulant, and a stimulant works on most all people.
IT's funny how everyone is different with stimulants and enhancers. Jack3d is one of the only stims that did it for me, as I'm rather stim resistant (maybe it's because I'm heavier, I dunno). I got the tingling feeling occasionally but that extra 10% help was awesome when I was lifting.
And to everyone dissing Jack3d,,. and the person saying that we should drink more so we die...
1) Don't buy it, that means more for me.
2) You will die sooner because I am being healthy and working out
I guess it is "hit or miss" with supplements.. You can either handle them or you can't. But if you can handle them, it is well worth it!

Keep buying it sir, caffeine in a supplement is a joke. If you care about looks more than your health, go for it. I've tried this and it worked, but I'd rather build muscle off my natural abilities, wouldn't you. Take some B12 and B complex, don't need to over do it.
To everyone who disses using stimulating preworkout like Jack3d, you obviously didn't work out enough to reach a plateau. Sometimes when you reach your plateau using this kind of stimulants help you go over the limit. I don't use Jack3D, but I did use other popular stimulants and preworkout drinks.
I usually weigh 165-170lb and BP 305lb, DL 495lb, and SQ475lb. Before I barely could BP 225lb, DL and SQ 305lb. I was stuck there for half a year. Tried various programs including Westside Barbell, DC, and a periodization program. None of them has helped as much as the stimulants since my problem was more of a mental problem. I'm a fairly calm and indifferent person, so I had really hard time having a maximum effort workout. I couldn't get myself screaming "SPARTA" and start moving some heavy weight. But stimulants managed to excite me, which helped me get over the plateau and slowly progress to my current personal records. What's even better is that now I can lift very close to my 1RM without any stimulants.
So stop bashing on people just because you are going "natural." People have different needs and could be in different situation from you.
