Not really familiar with Vudu. Are these movies in your account for a limited time, and can you watch them more than once? Or is it more like the online version of Cinemanow where you can login anytime from a registered device and watch these 10 movies as often as you want?

SD is a major deal breaker for me. I can't even think about watching SD on my 60" TV... so gross. Walmart is gross too. I'm a little jealous of people who don't care. I want to not care about these types of things. :/

Can I watch on ROKU?
Yes, on newer models:

Available on all Roku 2 models, the current-generation Roku HD (model #2500) and Roku LT players in the U.S., as well as the Roku Streaming Stick.

Sweet deal got it working! So anyone know yet what is the file format when it gets downloaded? Anyone used it with a Kindle Fire HD?

For the Roku users, are you getting the 10 free AND up to $5.99 credit for activating?

I cannot verify this but if someone want to try this to see if you get the movies in HD.....

If you login to your http://www.cinemanow.com account and link it to UV you can see 9 of the 10 movies from Vudu in your CinemaNow account (missing Lethal Weapon: Director's Cut).

What is interesting is that some of the movies say Available in HD (now the licence is only for SD, but CinemaNow is saying Available in HD).... So if someone can check if CinemaNow is allowing you access to the HD that would be great.

Unfortunately for me I don't have any device that can stream HD from CinemaNow (since I have AMD for my laptop - you have to have newer Intel Chip with Intel Insider, Xbox 360, PS3, or some compatible HDTV/BluRay device --- IOS and Android only support SD too on CinemaNow)

I actually went the other route, and signed up for the 10 free movies first, then linked my Panasonic Blu-Ray to get a $5.99 credit. You can get the $5.99 credit for each device you link to VUDU (think there's a total limit of 5 devices at any time).

One thing I noticed, the $5.99 credit is only good for 30 days, so I would suggest signing up for VUDU through this link and not connecting your other devices until you're ready to actually use your credits. I'll wait to connect my Roku until I watch a movie through my Blu-Ray play over the next month.

I have a TON of movies on CinemaNow and they all say "Available in HD". However, playback is not available in HD nor do they let you upgrade to HD. It is very confusing. I'm not sure why it says that.
