This is ridiculous. I made an order on Christmas, had the same problem with the 15% not showing up in my confirmation email. When I called today to ask for an adjustment, the CSR rudely told me that the extra 15% wasn't available online on Christmas, and then hanged up on me.

I spend hundreds of dollars at Brookstone every year -- this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had with them!

Anybody else having problems getting credited with the extra 15% off?

Big disappointment in store yesterday. I've been doing slim fit since I started buy at BB. I pretty much have every slim fit BB shirt I want. Decided I was going to give extra slim a try and my store apparently doesn't carry much extra slim any more. No way I was going to find 4 that I wanted. Frown

When I called customer service about the problem a couple of days ago, the customer service rep was nice and said she would fix the charge, and send an email confirming the adjustment, but I have yet to receive confirmation of the adjustment, and the customer service rep hasn't responded to my further email inquiries. This morning I received a shipping confirmation still showing the incorrect price. Mad

i posted earlier the $10 off registration code but someone said it did not stack with the 15% extra discount.

I emailed CS after placing my order and asked if they could apply the $10 off reg code to my order. They did apply it and now my price per shirt dropped to $42.38 (4 dress shirt order, the 40% off + the extra 15% + the $10 off).

so for those who already placed an order, its worth emailing or calling CS to see if they'll apply another $10 off for you. Smilie

I ordered 4 sports shirts on the 25th and the total was 205 with shipping. But then they charged me with over $300 for the order. I just got off the phone with them to see what's up. Apparently in order to get the buy 4 40% off you need to get all your shirts 'at the same price point'. Even though at checkout the total showed 205 they can still charge whatever they want. I asked to get a refund for shipping if I return them the customer rep said no and hung up on me when I try to negotiate with him. I don't think I'll do business with them again.

This is similar to my experience at the outlet store. Three visible associates just kinda milling around at the wrap stand talking. I asked where the 'slim' shirts were, and a woman just walked me 1/2 way there and pointed to them. I've worked in retail at all levels, and this was my worst experience in a while. At a store that regularly sells $800 suits, you'd expect better service than at the Gap.

I was wondering will I still be able to return the shirts if I open the plastic wraps it came in?

P.S. What does this mean?

"Saleable merchandise in original condition not accompanied by a receipt will be accepted and a merchandise credit will be issued for the lowest price. "

My order total was also screwy on the checkout page. Called customer service and had the order corrected to 40% off 4 shirts + 15% off. Ordered shirts on Christmas day and received them on Saturday. Great experience with the CS rep.

Mine has arrived as well - ordered on the 26th.

Also - not sure how long this has been there but Brooks Brothers is listed at Shoprunner.com as "coming soon". Would be great for next time if we could lose the shipping costs!
