Original Post

There is a great deal on the LightShow LED Starter Kits.

In November I bought 6 sets with the Home Depot 50% off coupon and I think that they were around $30 for a strand of LightShow 12-count Icicle Multi-Color LED lights. I have 6 strands connected and have had not synchronization problems. They really are very impressive and I have gotten a number of compliments on them. At less than $13 a strand, with some added lights and clips, these are a fantastic deal. Of the two sets, I think that the multi-color is the better deal.

They are offering two different sets:
LightShow Multi-color LED Starter Kit - color changing icicles, flickering string lights, and gutter clips - $119 VALUE! (with excellent reviews)
Kit includes: 3 light strings of Color Changing Light Show String-S/12-Icicle, 2 strings of Starry Night Light String-50 ct. (Multi-color) and 36 ct. Universal Shingle/Gutter Clips.

LightShow White Shooting Star and Starry Night LED Starter Kit with gutter clips - $119 VALUE! Kit Includes: 3 light strings of Shooting Star Light String-S/8-11 in. Icicle Cover (White), 1 strings of Starry Night Light String-50 ct. (White) and 24 ct. Universal Shingle/Gutter Clips. Let the LightShow begin.

They are available for in-store pick-up.

Cool, 1 box should be enough. Worth a shot, I can always not pick them up.

Just bought the last one anywhere near me. Says it 66ft of lights.

Each strand of the multi-color is 11 ft. long.

Yes, only for the white set. The multi-color set has more lights.
Thanks for clarifying. Only white available near me, I will pass and pick up some cheap regular lights at Walmart on clearance.

For the white set:
3 sets of 8-count 11" white LED icicles that create an elegant effect of falling light - 7 ft. lighted length (8.5 ft. total) each for a total of 21 ft. lighted length (25.5" total length)
1 set of 50-count white string LED lights that create random points of flickering light - 14 ft. lighted length

So a total of 22.5 feet. Significantly less than the multi-color set.

Losers. Just 20 min later they called to tell me they don't have any after all. Also said there's nothing they can do for me for a similar product.

If you're gonna be stupid and jerky, at least send a canned email.

I doubt these are actually in stock but please report if you get any!! I ordered 3 early this morning for pickup in CA, showing they had 7 in stock. 30 min later I got cancellation email, but till now its still showing 7 in stock. I chose a different store further away that showed 1 in stock (10 out of 12 Home Depots within 50 miles showed 0), made another order, got another cancellation email Frown.

Why not keep the train chuggin?

I didn't pick these up but it did lead me to the Gemmi Lollipop [homedepot.com] pathway stakes that are hard to find and at $12.50.
I bought some of those and eventually had to throw them out, they would not sync right and kept breaking...I paid $10 per set and wasted $50 and a bunch of time screwing with them.
