What's the weirdest organ meat on the pig?
I will never be a judge on a tv cooking show.

He tells his customer that if they want the intestines then they'll have to come and get them the day the pig is slaughtered. He figures if he's going to clean them then he's going to keep them. So he keeps the intestines and all other parts his customers don't want. He has a series of slow cookers sitting outside, and he throws all of the scraps in there. Then all of that is shredded and fed to his Great Pyrenese dogs. They've never had canned or bagged dog food. They've been raised on all natural meat, and they're the biggest dogs I've ever seen close up. I've seen some big mastiffs and great danes, too. These are giant dogs. They look like something out of a mythical children's book. You'd be surprised the stuff people don't keep that he gives to his dogs.
The strangest part is the stomach. I tried it twice, but I couldn't get use to the texture. Now I just boil them up and give them to Egg Man. He runs it down to the hunting lodge and gives it to his dogs. It's a nice change from the peanut butter they usually eat. He buys peanut butter in 60 gallon drums.
