Deal Details

Paul's TV has the entire Mitsubishi Diamond Series at the cheapest they've ever been to my knowledge. These are the 842 series, the highest end non-laser DLP series Rear Projection Televisions that Mitsubishi manufactures - this year's models. These are cheaper than Black Friday / Cyber Monday! Excellent bundles are available as well!

All TVs come with FREE White Glove Delivery - They will bring in your product, unpackage and set your TV where you want it, plug it in, power it on and allow for you to examine everything to ensure everything is functional and unharmed.

The Innovex stands are glass panel shelves with metal frame - they fit the TVs seamlessly and look very nice with them (I have the WD-73842 with the Innovex Black 65). They are simple to assemble and offer a simple, yet classy / progressive look with a good amount of storage).

BEFORE ANYONE DISSES THIS DEAL:

Yes, these are DLP Rear Projection Televisions. They are, however, the highest end non-laser DLP offered by Mitsubishi, being fully ISFccc compliant (complete set of calibration settings), having better black levels (not listed, but I dare you to compare to the 742 series or below), built in FULL HD 3D glasses emitter (and DLP Link), 16 speaker surround sound bar, etc... As stated above, I currently have the WD-73842, and I have several friends with decent sized LED LCD Televisions envious of the picture quality AND size of this television (I currently use pretty much fresh out of the box settings, just tweaked tint so far). Viewing angle is non-issue for us - we can comfortably see the image from as much as 70 degrees off axis in each direction (maybe more, but we don't really have reason to test that).

Yes - Mitsubishi is leaving the consumer television market, however replacement parts will still be available through them and through authorized resellers (aftermarket replacement parts are available as well).

Yes - you have to replace the lamp every few years... It's $99 new for a OEM product that brings the picture back to "like new" when replaced. I've seen aftermarket lamps for $49... I'd prefer OEM personally, however the options do exist.

Anyhow, on to the info!!

All of these come with $250 in gift cards broken down as follows:

$50 - Royal Crown Watches
$25 - The Sunglass Store
$25 - Zunki
$25 - Pro Football Fan Gear
$25 - Pots & Pans Plus
$25 - Rock Canyon Leather
$25 - iGadget Mall
$50 - Studio 21 Jewelers

I, personally, found most of these to be pretty 'meh', however YMMV.

For those DLP haters, here is your deal on a 90" LED 3D TV...

Since 70" is about the limit of 1080p without the pixels becoming HUGE, I will just wait a few more months to get a good 70" LCD for under $999 instead of the obsolete 73" Dinosaur Like Projector for $1400.

Rock a bye baby, on the tree top,
When the wind blows the cradle will rock.
When the bough breaks the cradle will fall,
And down will come baby, cradle and all.

Anyone know if this sale ends tomorrow? I'm really vacillating.I'm sold on the Mitsub,
(my current one's the 65" Mitsubishi) but this is a major chunk of change for me. This is going to be my biggest purchase for the next few years, (hopefully).

Haven't seen many large DLP deals lately. I was hoping another 73" under $1000 would pop up as I'm in the market now. Guess not.

Pauls TV had the best deal and all the models at the start of Jan. Since then the deals have changed and then some of the sizes sold out and there are no more to restock. As they have less stock the deals get worse untill they are sold out. Its a great TV.

As of 6:44, the 82" are gone. I just called and missed them. And, they've been taken off the website.

I am glad I got mine and I don't hear any complaints from anyone that also ordered as well.
Now off to watch some Game of Thrones on my new TV.

Talked to rep and the 82" is officially discontinued for production by Mitsubishi. They still have the 73" and 92" available at the prices provided.
The 92" is overpriced in my opinion (just get a high-quality projector).
The 73" is not bad, but you might as well get a 70" Sharp LED for a little more and not worry about replacing the bulb.
The 82" was at the perfect price-point and size. I would be getting one if it wasn't OOS now.

I sort of agree on the 73" but the cheaper 70" SHARP's are not as nice as the AQUOS models that cost a bit more. After looking at the lower model 70" units in the store and playing with a 60" model at work, the picture is just not as nice in some ways as my older Mitsu. Would consider waiting for a really good deal on a Vizio 70".

Still, finding the lower 73" models for $600-$800 is the best value going for a BIG screen.

not wanting to resurrect the thread but does anyone know where I can buy a new 92840 or 92842 at a decent price (not price gouged)?
