YMMV - Your mileage may vary.

UPDATE: Once you use a coupon for Tools, your account will be blocked from using another one. For the Lawn & Garden coupons, you can keep using new ones with the same account.

Signing up for the Craftsman Club can yield two coupons for use at Sears.com, Sears B&M, or Craftsman.com:
- $10 off $25 purchase in Lawn & Garden
- $10 off $50 purchase in Tools

Products do not have to be the Craftsman brand, but have to be "Sold by Sears" and from the correct department (Tools or Lawn & Garden).

UPDATE: Signing up at Craftsman.com may no longer yield the coupons.
UPDATE: For those with existing Sears accounts, this method now works best if the account has never been part of the Craftsman Club.

1) Go to this page HERE [sears.com]. (Existing Sears members need to be logged out of Sears.com)
2) Click on "Member login/Sign up"
3) In the pop-up, choose "Sign up" for new customers
3a) New Sears customers choose "Fill out a short form" to create your new account for Sears/Kmart/etc.
3b) Existing Sears members should choose the first option and fill in your existing login & password.
4) Might have to refresh the browser to see the final "Print Card" and "Close" options.
5) Check your email account after 45 to 60 minutes for the two Club coupons
6) Optional - Add free shipping with a Shop Your Way MAX trial period [sears.com].

NOTE #1: People are reporting varied amounts of time it took for the coupons to arrive, so I'd say your coupon timing is also YMMV.
NOTE #2: Coupon expiration date is two weeks from when they are sent to you, but in the shopping cart they can show a much later date.
NOTE #3: Sometimes you may get bonus point coupons after signing up, and one can be combined with one of the discount coupons from above:
- Craftsman Club - Earn $10 in points for $20 purchase at Sears/Kmart/etc
- Shop Your Way - Earn $5 in points for $35 purchase at Sears/Kmart/etc
- Shop Your Way - Earn $10 in points for $30 purchase at Sears/Kmart/etc

Here's the fine print for the coupons as of 7/12/13, but it can change:

Lawn & Garden:
Save $10 off purchases of $25 or more. The cart total must be $25 before discounts, taxes, shipping or delivery. Offer excludes generators, great price, hot buy, and internationally shipped items. Offer valid on items Sold by Sears. Items must be added to the cart to qualify. Limited to 1 discount per purchase. Internationally Shipped Orders are excluded. Offer good through 12/31/2013

Tools:
New Craftsman Club Member Coupons! Coupon code must be entered in cart to see discount. One item in cart must have minimum $10 value to receive full discount. Excludes Great Price, Clearance, and Close-out items, Air Compressors, Online Only Items, Tools Storage and Garage Door Openers. Offer good through 12/31/2014

I got one, I redid it from the link in the OP and it worked by clicking the HERE . To much effort i do not have multiple emails.
Well, you mentioned Craftsman.com in this thread and another, but Step 1 of my instructions takes you to Sears.com.

Plus, I updated this thread a long time ago to warn about Craftsman.com not giving out coupons anymore.

I followed your steps to the T and it was perfect. My problem was I read through the WHOLE thread and tried everything stated not realizing the OP was updated. I seen where it stated Craftsman.com yielded not giving coupons yada yada but seen later in the thread it did. I have since learned that the Original Post can and will be edited in most cases and stick by that.
Im still crawling at this SD thing

Step 1 has always had a link to Sears.com. If you ignored the first step, then of course it's going to be a problem getting the coupons.
I will continue updating this thread to help everyone out, but don't ignore the steps and red updates.

If you have any errors, please let me know the specific details so I can point out if you went wrong somewhere. Or if something has changed and this thread needs another update.

CSO5TFLG now appears to be only valid at KMart.

has anyone used CSOSHI01 successfully recently? like after memorial day?

i tried and although the coupon was accepted at online checkout, and even shows as applied in order summary, the points did not post.

i called the SYW folks over the phone but the lady said i was not eligible for it since i became a BONUS member the day i signed up for my SYW account. and that the coupn was sent to make members sign up to receive emails.

is that a default setting which makes you a bonus member when you create your account online?

If you got the time to fight it, the coupon actually says it is for AFTER you become a bonus member.

Just tell them you got it on a flyer with a previously delivered order, and it states:
"(10,000 Points) on your next qualifying purchase of $10 or more after you become a Shop Your Way Bonus Member"

From the details in the website shopping cart:
"Items sold by Sears. Points will be shown on your receipt. Offer valid on regular, sale and clearance merchandise. Excludes Great Price items, Custom/Personalized Jewelry and Watches, Shoebuy, Fragrances and major appliance accessories. Additional exclusions may apply. Items must be marked Sold by Sears to be eligible. One coupon per purchase. Void if copied or transferred and where prohibited by law. Any other use constitutes fraud. In the event of a return, coupon savings may be deducted from your refund. Cash value 1/20 cent. One item in the cart must be $10 or more to receive the points reward. Offer good through 01/06/2014"
