Ditto. It's great fun, isn't it? Frown
Same here Frown Had it since I was little. I used to get it on my inner elbows and back of my knees. It would itch so bad that I would scratch myself raw and bleed, then scabs would form and I was so self conscious, I never wore shorts. I would be up most the night scratching because my parents were using the wrong thing on me, they would wipe the affected areas with a wash cloth and apply a cream that didn't help at all. I couldn't use soaps or bubble baths, and had to use fragrance free laundry detergent. What a horrible experience for a child to have severe eczema! When I got older it healed up pretty well, and I no longer get it in those areas but I do get flare ups on my hands, feet and elbows. Water seems to make me flare up so I have to apply Cortizone 10 after bathing on those areas. Cortizone has been a life saver, it really does stop the itch and heal the rash. I wish my parents would have used this on me when I was younger.

Anyone know what this does in terms of regrowing hair, if anything?

And I second the dosage question.. how often do you use, and how long would this 4oz bottle last a person?
Not sure about regrowing hair, I have long hair that grows fairly quickly and often.

As far as how long it lasts, I use a 1oz bottle and it lasts me a very long time. I only use a small drop in wet hair before blow drying. I would expect a 4 oz to last me 6 months to a year depending on how often I use it. Like someone else mentioned its not something to use everyday ( other hair types might be different. )

http://www.amazon.com/Mediterrane...=argan+oil

$25 for 8.45 oz.

Doesn't say organic and a big fat who cares to that. Also doesn't say 100% though I would assume it is. Haven't tried this brand, but argan oil is pretty versatile and quite tasty.

cetaphil would be the last thing i'd ever use to treat eczema, its garbage, be it the moisturizer or the cleanser...

i understand why you might use tea tree oil, but you'd need to be careful about using tea tree oil because when used in full strength it can be harmful.

honestly i think coconut oil and manuka honey are the best solutions to eczema because there is no way to mess it up. you can never over moisturize with coconut oil, and you cannot ever apply too much honey on your skin, worst case you get sticky, but it can come off with water and very little rubbing.
it worked decently well for me.

Also JOJOBA oil is good. It removes sebum from pores.

For people that use it in their hair, is it better to apply it on wet or dry hair? Before or after I flat iron my hair?

How does this compare to Biosilk for hair? I use Biosilk after every shower.

I am a Biosilk fan too. I think it makes my hair stronger and fights frizzies somewhat.
I started using Morrocanoil brand argon oil, and I love that too. It adds shine, manageability, and does a better job on frizzies. So now, I alternate, using one or the other after each wash. Just for reference, my hair is very thick, wavy, and unprocessed.

I'm going to give this one a try. Even if I don't like it as well for my hair, it should be good for cuticles and heels.

The one you show does say it on the label but in the fine print it says that the actual label may be different.

Thanks Smilie
Checked out w/paypal.

I use about 2 drops, rubbed together in my hands, and apply it before or after I've dried my hair.
It makes my hair so shiny.

Review for this product says it is diluted and has unfavorable smell.
Argan oil like olive oil, has different qualities, so choose ones with good reviews and customer satisfaction.
Josie Maran brand is also very highly regarded but is a little expensive. You get what you pay for.
I've tried Josie Maran and can't notice a difference.
