It's been 3 weeks since UPS returned the Nexus back to Google's warehouse and I still do not have my refund either. Google really really sucks in customer service.
you need to keep calling, and keep emailing and open a dispute with your credit company.
Google's policy (today) is they have 3 weeks to give you a refund. I am also at 3 weeks now. After calling and emailing (again) I rec'd the following reply this evening. I've also rec'd four (4) almost identical emails in the last week, each with a different CSR, first name only, no Operator ID.... ridiculous:

I love how all the scalpers in this thread are insulted when someone offers them a price they are not happy with. Really? Guess what? NEW PHONES are launching next month that are better than the Nexus 4. Maybe you should have done some research. Why should someone bail you out? I'm also not paying the exact same price as online. Why would anyone do that when you can get it directly from Google? The attitude of most if not all people in this thread is hilarious.
Send it back to Google or try your hand on eBAY/CL! I'm sorry you have to deal with flakes and fees. The amount of delusion is staggering
I placed the order on the first day of this deal and tried to cancel it after one hour. They did not allow me to cancel and instructed me to refuse delivery. I did and the tracking shows they received it on Feb.7. I'd never see n my refund and I called them last week and was told to wait for 14 business days. Today is the the 16th business day and I still don't see the refund. I just called them again and was told I had to wait for another 3-5 business days. This is the worst experience I've ever experienced for refund, ever.
Just call the customer service # on the back of your credit card and dispute the charge. They'll take care of you. Easy.
very frustrated, still no refund after return 3 weeks ago. Opened a case with my credit card company. Very interesting. My cc company said they are handling some measurable volume of Google complaints right now. Dear Google: It's not okay to keep my money AND the product. I have emails stating refund would be processed within two weeks; and shipping will also be refunded, but so far nada.
Can you pm that email if possible? I would like my shipping refunded as well thanks.
