For a phone which has been in the past in stock for only 30mins to can hour it does not give people time to think about ordering it.
Plus with the misguided 1-2 weeks shipping time frame its let's people think there is plenty of time to cancel.

1. Sorry, but the order is for YOU to determine. Sounds typical of people today not taking responsibility for their actions. How long ago was it available prior to this availability? A month or more? That's not long enough to make a decision about what you will do one it becomes available? I don't care if you have 10 seconds to decide - take some responsibility for your decision and don't blame it on the company.
2. Same answer... PLUS the email you received clearly stated you had an hour to cancel.

Canceled mine. Didn't get confirmation for cancellation though.

Inferior screen as compared to my HTC EVO 3D, according to the reviews.
No, thanks.
why would you even compare this with the evo 3d? its screen and hardware are in a different class.

it doesn't run jellybean, and you have htc sense forced on you.

trolling?

Unfortunately don't depend on google voice for data calling too much. GrooveIP does a good job but only when you have a maxed out connection, if your connection slightly drops it'll be very annoying on the other side and maybe even on your side of the call. If you plan on talking a lot I would do the $45 plan.
Agree, quality is so so on GIP, defin not reliable

I would look into a used galaxy nexus. A little slower, worse camera, but its still quite respectable, and runs 4.2. probably run you about $200.

My 8gb shipped today. I'm on T-Mobile Monthly 4g and need to get a micro sim for the Nexus, but I also want an adapter so that I can still use it as a mini sim in my cheapo Concord for backup and trips. I've heard some mention of them cutting the original sim rather than switching it over, and I also read that many stores carry the adapters for 5 bucks.

Anyone have any experience with this process? Can I get this taken care of at the company store or am I on my own? I do have some micro sims that I got around Black Friday for the Nexus that I was never able to get.

Get the micro sim at t-mobile and they will switch it for you.
As for the adapter, just buy it on amazon/ebay.

The Nexus 4 definitely takes a micro SIM and not a SIM, right? The representative at T-Mobile kept insisting it takes a regular-sized SIM. I was positive about the micro SIM until he kept telling me otherwise. Thanks.

Yes micro sim. For those that got regular size sim cards, you can download and print template and cut your sim to micro in less then a minute.

people who tried cancelling their orders within the first hour still had issues. Also some people got multiple orders due to system error. Is that the consumers fault. Plus the 1 hr cancelation window applies for when their shipping was 3-5 days and not for 1-2 weeks.

it's a great phone, but I'm stock with my current plan for 7 more months. I hope by then a next version of gn4 is available.
You can still buy the phone and swap sims, and sell your old one.
