I've tried their Creatine before. Tastes fine.

I'm on the fence about the Glutamine though. I got some gift credit and wondering if it will honestly do anything. I don't mind feeling sore..

Yeah, the quality of this stuff is pretty awful. Hate to be negative, but you're not doing your body any good with this crap. Stick to legitimate manufacturers like ON.

Bit on 90 count NoS tablets and 4lb Protein...much ups

I workout 5-6 days a week and drink 1 protein shake after my workout...will try the tablets before and protein after

Body fortress tastes a bit watered down in flavor.

Also, I'm lactose intolerant and many proteins work for me -- not Body Fortress.

Funny if you actually read about this stuff it gets pretty good reveiws and I know dozens of HS and College Football players that use this stuff with great results! Like they say opinions are like.........well you know the rest! LOL!
