err..no free shipping to where i'm at..

http://www.overstock.com/74107/st...Static:FAQ

One of the great things about being a Club O member is that it gives you FREE SHIPPING on all your orders every day of the year. But please note, free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or to orders under $25 that consist solely of media items (that's books, movies, media, and video games). Since it saves you extra money on top of the rewards you're already earning, FREE SHIPPING is one of the best parts of being a Club O member.

You do realize that amazon purchases are technically still taxed; you are supposed to pay taxes on non-taxed internet purchases when you do your state taxes each year. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

It's not the case in all states. For example in MA, if your total internet purchases are below a certain value and your AGI is less than a certain value, then you don't have to pay the tax. MA is going to get farked in the fall.

does it go back to 19.95 for the renewal? or does your membership fee stay at 4.95?

I was just looking at something on the O earlier today and thinking that I haven't bought from them in literally years. And I have some money sitting in my account from a return credit. Just not that competitive anymore.

I thought you had to pay Use Tax ("online sales tax") in MA no matter what?
