Denied return at Best Buy, what can I do now? Can I have my wife return it for me under her id?

So I recently bought a new nexus 7 2013, and ended up with a bunch of defective ones. This new model had a lot of problems like the first generation did
So I exchanged it 4 times till I found a perfect one, but now the screen keeps popping out of the bezel so I just wanted to return it.
Best buy said I have done too many exchanges and they are denying my return.
I know they scan your drivers license, but is there any way around like this like having my wife return it instead and she is using her ID?
