Im used to OM rewards being able to roll. Does staples work the same way? I have some rewards from Jan/Dec that I need to use up. Thanks.

Use the YMMV $5 off $25 coupon for the FAR items that you might have gotten if you made a purchase from Staples recently.

I made a $0.99 purchase today on that 2 x Kleenex tissue deal and got that coupon. It was my first Staples purchase since late January.

Wow $800 that's crazy. Been a while since I've heard of stolen ink rewards.
I was thinking the same thing. Of course when I have the max rewards saved up.

were you doing something against the rules???
No of course not.I haven't used my rewards for almost 5 months. Been saving them to get a dslr camera. about $400 of the rewards were from Jan 100% rewards on binders, boxes, and all the other misc stuff.

PMd..

It is under Help Center in your rewards account.
Thanks I was at work and couldn't do much on my cell phone during a 15 min break. Just got home and checked the 2 rewards checks that I printed to buy a tablet. They have both been used.

I think it's rather funny that folks are focused more on his name change than the actual Staples ad LMAO

I was guessing people would have remembered Sherlock's signature line, "Elementary, my dear Watson". I just shortened it a bit.

I would have thought so too, but somehow almost everyone thinks you are the assistant when you really are the lead detective ferreting out deals. Wink

Just wondering, does Staples do triple rewards a few times throughout the year? I can't remember if it was OM, OD, or Staples.

Yes, it is Staples who has the triple but you get $6 on only five carts.

The same thing happened to me, but for a much smaller amount, around $55. I called CS at the rewards center and explained what happened. They were aware of the problem of stolen rewards. They closed my account, opened up a new one and sent me a physical rewards cert. in the mail. Of course, the new account didn't have any history or premier status. I didn't whine about that since it was close to the end of the year anyway. Since yours involves so much money, make sure they give you the credit towards premier.

I'm locked out of my rewards account and staples rewards center was closed by the time I was able to call. As long as the rewards weren't cashed at stores I've shopped at I should be alright is that how recovery of rewards works? I'm kinda freaking out because it's about $800 in rewards.
