Every time I have tried the TouchPad in a holder designed for an iPad, it doesn't work unless the holder is adjustable, but:
If you look really carefully at the photo on the Bonton website, you can see that it LOOKS like the holder is NOT adjustable height-wise in landscape mode, and that the iPad slides in to guides FROM the right side TOWARD the left side.
If we assume that the product is for the original iPad (just based on the clearance price), here are the dimension comparisons:
APPLE IPAD: 242.8 x 189.7 x 13.4mm HP TOUCHPAD: 240 x 190 x 13.7mm
The height, when in landscape mode as shown in the photo, is very close. 189.7mm for the iPad and 190mm for the TouchPad. But the depth is ever so slightly different too, with the Touchpad being deeper.
SO CLOSE... no definitive answer I guess! I tried. LOL
