I had to do online chat and get some private info confirmed for them to verify and then process order. A bit much for a 'free' item, whereas my previous buying expensive phone/accessories never required such screening from them.

not working for me either. it erased my credit card info and told me to put it in again... then it erased it when I went to put the expiration date. Some kind of glitch going on because I entered all my info in correctly.;.
Did you ordered SIM card from T-Mobile within last 90 days ? Seems like they keep track of how many SIM cards was purchased based on name and/or address. They limit the purchase but I don't to how many. It had happened to me, I had tried to buy a prepaid phone and refused to sell it to me because it seems I had purchased couple of SIMs within a month and they wont sell me another due to their limit.
